The Canadian housing industry has long emphasized the importance of viewing a home as a “living system”, rather than just a collection of disconnected components. From the foundation, walls, and roof to ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, the interaction of every element is essential in creating homes that provide safety, energy efficiency, and lasting durability.
Following best construction practices, all 3E HOUSE Canadian homes are built to Super E standards, consuming approximately 40% less energy than homes built to minimal provincial building codes.

- Exterior and interior walls manufactured from Canadian insect and mold treated lumber, each stamped to the required hardness standard

- Roof joist system designed and manufactured from Canadian materials and technology using multi-nail plates
